RETURN POLICY UPDATED 8/3/24
- Returns must be requested and approved by Real Volleyball. To request a return please do so by logging in to your customer account.
- A $8.99 shipping label fee will be deducted from your refund. A $15.99 shipping label fee will be deducted on returns of 3 or more items.
- In order to receive a refund, items must be received by the Real Volleyball warehouse within 14 days of customer receipt.
- If returned products are received more than 14 days, but less than 30 days of customer receipt of product, the customer will receive store credit.
- No returns will be accepted after 30 days of customer receipt of product.
- We do not offer refunds of the RVB Shipping Protection on orders that have already been shipped.
- We will not refund the initial shipping cost.
The following items can NOT be returned:
- Items showing ANY sign of wear or use including but not limited to: stains, dirt, makeup, shoe sole wear, scratches, etc.
- Shoes that show any signs of wear (soiled soles, rocks, dirt, etc.) and/or shoes with damaged or altered shoe boxes.
If any of the above policy violations occur, a refund or store credit will NOT be issued. If the customer would like to have the items shipped back to them, they will be responsible to cover the cost of the shipping.
